Hi, welcome back to the Dynamic Duo with me, Allie Shipman, and my partner, John Shinn. Today, we’re going to talk about some of your options for Medicare supplement carriers. The first one we will talk about is Cigna.
Cigna Health and Life (CHLIC)
Cigna is a multi-billion dollar company. The first company under Cigna that you may want to consider for Medicare supplements is Cigna Health and Life. Cigna Health and Life has some of the best rates that we’ve ever seen. If you feel you are paying too much for your Medicare supplement, you may want to consider Cigna Health and Life. They also offer a gym membership for at low annual fee and a household discount. You qualify for the discount so long as you have someone living in your house with you; however, they too must have Cigna health and life or another Cigna supplemental benefit company.
American Retirement Life Insurance Company (ARLIC)
There are two Cigna companies that offer very popular Medicare supplements. Cigna Health and Life insurance company and American Retirement Life Insurance Company. The really good news is that both of these companies are part of the Cigna family. You may not know that Cigna is a global insurance organization with billions of dollars in assets.
American Retirement Life Insurance Company is very popular all across the states. It offers substandard underwriting for people who have a health problems. One of the biggest concerns that we hear from people who have Medicare, especially if they’ve been on Medicare for years, is fitting the premium into their budget. Some people feel that they can’t be considered for any other coverage. Lower premiums are available, and people should be encouraged to shop around. You shouldn’t feel like you can’t change carriers because you have diabetes, heart issues, or other health problems.
Consider Switching Carriers
Well, we want you to know that you can consider switching Medicare supplements, especially if you can find lower premiums. American Retirement Life Insurance Company is an “A” rated company that specializes in this sort of thing. They will consider just about every kind of health condition available. So, you should seriously consider them and submit an application. They will review your application and let you know if they accept you and also let you know what the premium will be.
If your premiums have increased significantly in the last few years and you have a few health problems, don’t let that keep you from shopping. It is more than likely that we can help you with other options. And we’re able to do that with American Retirement Life Insurance.
